Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. All Lashup product images are captured to reflect the actual product you’ll receive. While slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings, the quality, design, and specifications remain exactly the same.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is placed, a confirmation email with your sales receipt is sent to your registered email address. You can also view your order details anytime by logging into your Lashup account.

How can I return an item?

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within the specified return window. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please contact our support team to initiate the return process.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we regularly restock our popular products. You can click on “Notify Me” on the product page or follow us on Instagram for restock updates.
